my body are quite sore from yesterday, I had planned a strength work out. but I didn't felt the right motivation for it. so instead of doing anything half way, I took a rest day. well-deserved or not.

Life goes up and down, but in the end you will reach the top if you fighting for it.

long run around the lakes, "Lilla and Stora Älgsjön". After I have run around the big lake (took me 1 hour) I met Veronica on a track so then I run with her back to the bathing place. It was perfect to get some one to run with the last part. Especially when Veronica use to run very fast on roads. good company for me! Indeed she wasn't the only I met. when I come back to the parking I met child-minder Hanna B :)

tired and disappointed. Felt like I have put a lot of work, energy and time for nothing. Hopefully it will turn to something good. who knows, maybe it will help me in one, two or three years? The dragon lift in headwind!!! Now I want to find the motivation and joy with O again. I Miss the soul peace!
...and well, at least I will have time to enjoy the summer like a normal person do :D Can be interesting.

Put out 7 controls for the club-training, then I run on the beautiful tracks at Ågelsjön. It was really hard to put out the controls, don't sure if they are right or not. Felt quite good running on the tracks. saw a fox with a big tail :p

Junior-cup, middle distance, Arvika/värmland. Today I am quite satisfied with my race (even if I still can't run properly.) My focus was freaking good, and I never lose it for a simple second. But I lose about 40s cause they have hidden one control :( well, besides of that and the running this race was good. Good for my self confidence.

Junior-cup, long distance, Arvika/värmland. Missed 1 minutes at the first controll and 3-4minutes on number 7. Both were really stupid and unnecessary mistakes. Still hard to run. I lost all my O-focus cause I am to worried if my speed is enough.

SM-sprint qualification. Did an okay race. felt hard in the running tough, my cold is still spoken! hate it, my shape is soooo bad :S The positive thing was that I felt so calm in the orienteering and didn't felt any stress at all.

long run. dad drove me to Lilla Älgsjön, so I first run the 7km track there and then I run home via Strömsfors. Felt pretty good in the start but get quite tired after 1 hour. Mostly run on small paths, some forest and some roads. the last part I run on the track a long the river near my house. It was very cosy with wood anemone on the whole ground. I really want to lie down in the flowers and do a loud spring scream, as Ronja Rövardotter does in Astrid Lindgren stories ;) Lucky I skip that tough, just some minutes later I met two good-looking boys (that I couldn't recognize?). I met them on a narrow foot-bridge so it get quite exciting how to pass each other without fall in the water :p

Run Open 8 on Cloettacampen, I had forgot to enter so I had to take a open course. It was quite fun. My focus was not the best but I get the chance to practise to refocus :) everyone get a "kexchoklad" in the finish cause cloetta (a chocolate company) sponsored the race :p

NOK-training in Vrinnevi, Norrköping. The course was quite easy with much running on tracks. some part was really beautiful tough with open rocks. My focus was bad today but I get a good running training :) Cause I run so much round on tracks I think I most have run over 10km...

Run from Strömfors and home, (almost the shortest way). Took it really slow (didn't want to get high pulse). Did it like a recovery run. hopefully some acid from my legs disappeared. Today when I wake up it was so hard to come up from my bed, my legs are sooo sore!!! Finspång was hard ;) Think I will go back quite soon tough and run the long-night or some other course like a long-training. really enjoy the forest and map there!

Wake up without sore throat today (first time in 9 days!). Yaaaj :) Was really afraid that I should have done something stupid yesterday with two runs. Maybe my body needed a big chock to get the cold away! Hope I am fit for fight again now! My legs are sooooooo tired today, a bit hard to walk :d Not a surprise tough.

warm up before my race. felt pretty good, a bit unusual tough. But I definitely remembered how to run :p

orientering race (10mila leg 4) 55 [5] *** 7.3 km (8 / km) +210m 7 / km

10mila, Finspång. Leg 4. I manage the orienteering very well. felt like running on a map at home, look exactly the same. It was good visibility so I really wanted to run fast, but I have no power for that. My body doesn't really remember how to run fast. Maybe not so strange that I lose so much in the running after all this days with my cold. Very frustrated when I and my girls had look forward to this. It was just Linnea that was in good shape indeed. My team ended up as team 20, a good result bearing in mind all injures and sickness. Next year we are back. Better than ever! Hopefully already to the summer btw. Jukkola!!

3-4 hours after my leg in the women's relay it was time to get my shoes on again. The rest between was really short. I just have time to eat some lasagne, try to wake up my head with a coffee and candy-chock and then switch clothes. The warm up for the men's relay felt better than I had hoped for.

orientering race (10mila men 1leg) 1:08:00 [5] *** 9.1 km (7:28 / km) +225m 6:39 / km

10-mila, finspång, 1 leg mens relay. I was so excited before start, and afraid!! was a bit afraid to fall in the start but it was okay, the speed wasn't ultra-fast :p I get a big kick of the start and the whole race. Definitely the funniest competition I have run this year. Felt much better with the running now. And the orienteering was good, had full focus all the time. In the end I get really tired and get cramp in my calves and hamstring, at the start just for some seconds. But then when I should go up for a hill to my control it come in my both calves at the same time :( It was really painful and scary. Haven't had cramp at all before so didn't know what to do about it. well, I crawled up to my control and then it was almost downhill and flat to the finish. Think I lose 3 minutes in the end because of this :( It was maybe not a surprise that my body answer with this after my chock start; from lying in my bed to two races the same evening is quite hard. But I don't regret my start, it was soooo fun! Want to do it again :) I am very satisfied with my time and race. was 16 minutes after the leader. Imagine how many minutes I should have been after without cramp and if I just should have run the men's relay!! :O
