warm up in 20 minutes, a little bit too short, I was cold :/
And warm down in ten minutes with sara :)

Swedish champs, night orieentering, Trosa. I run bad, didn't get any flow :( was 3.5 minutes after, had missed over six minutes. mwaa, that sucks. And my legs get blue and red, that hurts!
