Silva J-cup, Åmål,longdistance. Run very bad on one course, get lost. Good orienteering in the controllring--> I most take with me some positive! And the weather was hot, veryveryveryvery hot.

Junior-training in Sörsjön. I don,t really know what I should call it in english, but now I know (thanks Sebba!),Curvepicturetrainingwithcontrollpicking. (kurvbilds-ol med kontrollplock is the swedish word). I took it easy with the running and was very orderly with the orienteering. The terrain was ybeeeeeer GREAT! :D Butter-running!
