orientering race (j-cup) 50:00 [4] *** 7.1 km (7:03 / km)

J-cup final/ 25-manna korten. Longdistance. First day I run really fast since my cold, and to be honest I still have some cold. My leg felt fast but it was really tough to run, I had not so much strength. But I managed it well, as good as I could with my condition.

Hate this system they have at the j-cup. You have to run the final, even when you are sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
