5*200m with 70s startintervalls, then 2*400m with 100s startintervalls, and then 5*200m with 70s startintervalls. Fun with indoor running again!! :D The boys were fast, and I too :D

In the evening: first 30 min "doppboll" as warm up and then football, the orienteering juniors against the other performers on the education. The fuuniest fotballmatch I have ever played, indeed.
