löpning mix warm up/down 25:00 [3]

orientering race (south island NZ champ) 57:00 [4] 3.7 km (15:24 / km)
shoes: inov gula

This was just crazy. Look at my time and the distance!! And I run quite well!! :O It was middle distance in an old mine area. VERY green and many bushes. Had some problem to get through the green to the first and second control. Have to run a big way round to the second control and passed both my 4th and 3th control on the way. so it was easy to found them later! :d A very special area to run in, but I like it, at least afterwards. Some times when I run the race I get really angry cause it was so hard to get ahead. But You always have to see the opportunities and make the best of it!!

löpning mix 1:00:00 [3] +250m

Run with mum (some hundred meter after me), up on a hill (100m abov the sea) at a island near Aokaroa. It was soooo cool, and soooo beatiful! I love it :D I felt some in my leg, since the run with Duncan. I wonder if it's because I am weak, or if it's becauseit was a tough training to run up for the peak. I hope for alternative 2!!!

löpning mix (akaroa) 1:00:00 [3] +300m

Run with mum up to a hill on a mountain near where we stayed (in akaroa). felt a bit in my leg since I run with Duncan, wonder if it's a sign of weekness, or just that it was a good anmd hard training, hope fore alternative number two!! :)

löpning mix hills (te mata peak) 1:00:00 [3]

Run with Duncan Morrison up to Te Mata peak. It was awesome! A very cool and nice area, and I am soooo jelous they can run here every day if they want. Tough hills. Duncan was really strong uphills, I'm really impressed of him. But there is no doubt he is strong uphill, if he use to run here every week. we run up to the top there duncan point out havelock north, Hastings, Napier and the surroundings. and boys, watch out, this boy will fight in the top in the future! He has the will to succeed, I promise :) Maybe allready in denmark, who knows :d
