I, sis and dad took in the controlls from yesterday. I was tired every where in my body. and the controlls were not easy to bring.

Club champs in Kvarsebo at the new map. nice forest, but bad weather. I did a good race and get the best time among the girls :)

On the indoor track at stadium arena. First some running exercises and then 2*10*200m with 80 s start interval. It felt pretty good!! :D

I put out controlls for night extreme. Lucky I run in the light and not in the dark that the others will do at tuesday. Think it will be a tough course. But fun. and with many animals, I saw 3 mooses and two deers.

warm up on the streets around åby, and then warm down the shortest way home together with Kickan.

long hill intervals, Åby, just running up the hill without any jumps, like a test race. I did 2 laps. It felt awesome!! :) very strong! enjoyed it.
Lap 1: 1840m, 8.28 min. best speed 3.36/km
Rest and jog down to the start ca 7 min.
Lap 2: 1850m, 8.47min. best speed 3.14/km

warm up outdoor and then warm down indoor with Limpan.

Track Indoor at stadium arena. First we did some running exercises, and then we run 10*200m with 80 s start interval with a good and high running step. I was tired and had pain in my stomach, not so fun and good evening for me :S
