training at a yellow area, west of silkeborg. I was so lost sometimes, but managed it quite well in the end.

two trainings in vester Torup.first an course with a lot of controlls there we should hang out one part each. It took ages for me, it was so hard. When I finally was finnish with my part I met Julia, so we run together some controlls, follow up each other. that was great for the self confidence, it so easy to lose it in this green.

In the afternoon we run some loops that Tove had made. It was really fun, and I managed it so much better. The forest here was nice, not so hard like before lunch.

two trainings. First one course near silkeborg. The forest was sweet (or sexy like the britt says). I was quite tired in my leg but the orienteering was good, maybe because I have a good back to run after. I saw Julias back from maybe the third controll and she run like a superman :d Her navigation was awesome! She really are a star :)

in the afternoon we run from bobachs house to the forest near them. it was good. I just took some controlls, then I met Tove and we did some Film session. On our way home I and Tove should try a new way, and when I really thought we were lost we found the house :D

I was a bit late so I did a short warm up on my own outdoor. after the training I warm down indoor with my favourite girl alex :)

First running exercises. then 2*10*200m on the track indoor in stadium arena. The speed is still not so important, I try to have a good and high step. felt good, but I run really slow.
