the shortest way to the "hill", then over Hyttan on the way home.

intervaller intervals (hills) 10:00 [4]

some short hills (around 1 minute), on a hill near AnnaH. I run on a track in the forest so it was not optimal. It started to get dark so it was hard to see where to put my feet on the slippery path. Just did a few then I gave up, thought it was better with some running exercises. I should definitely have taken another hill, a hill on a street and not this snowy path. Bad idea.

Löpskolning (running exercies) 15:00 [3]

I gave up the hills and did running exercises on the street instead. It felt good. And I did them very seriously and focused very much to do them right and with much power. It's not so much meaning just do running exercises cause some one say it's good, I do them cause I want to improve my running. Like every thing... :) I had so hard to get on my shoes today and do this training, missed all motivation. tried to call some one to run with but no one was at home, at least I get my ass off, and out. So happy for that now, enjoyed every second I was out.

went with dad to strömsfors and make a ski-session in the morning. Felt a bit strange when I was back home at 10 am and already have trained one workout. Was a lovely morning with sun. the tracks was very hard, fast and mostly consist of ice. I had very bad hold with the skis so have to use my over body all the time.

Night extreme in Åby. Mostly on the slippery streets because of all snow. The course should just be 6.8 km but we have to run around a lot so it ended up some where between 11-12 km =) But it was really fun, a good course with a lot of route choices, almost to every control indeed. Peter Öberg is good on making courses! I took quite bad routes on almost every control tough :( But it was really fun, and it felt good doing some orienteering again. In the middle of the course it was a part among some houses that was really tricky. I really had to stay cool and focused till 100 %. I was really tired in the end. It was a long time ago I run so much streets. and so hilly. Åby is famous for all hills. Me like :)

strength with the Tjalve orienteering before a meeting with Linnea Gustafsson. It was very hard for me to know what to do, cause there were around 18 different stations. I have to ask all the time, felt so silly. It felt quite unorganized and a bit boring.
