intervaller intervals (hills) 10:00 [4]
some short hills (around 1 minute), on a hill near AnnaH. I run on a track in the forest so it was not optimal. It started to get dark so it was hard to see where to put my feet on the slippery path. Just did a few then I gave up, thought it was better with some running exercises. I should definitely have taken another hill, a hill on a street and not this snowy path. Bad idea.

I gave up the hills and did running exercises on the street instead. It felt good. And I did them very seriously and focused very much to do them right and with much power. It's not so much meaning just do running exercises cause some one say it's good, I do them cause I want to improve my running. Like every thing... :) I had so hard to get on my shoes today and do this training, missed all motivation. tried to call some one to run with but no one was at home, at least I get my ass off, and out. So happy for that now, enjoyed every second I was out.
