Swedish champs ultralong, Ronneby. Felt tired in my body cause the cold, get bored running together with 20 other girls and felt shut in running in a line. I have get mad that they destroy a distance that really should be tough on this way; mass start with just one or two butterfly there it become two lines for a while and then go back to one line. and with a long course there it's best running on a road. I now understand why the best seniors stay at home and train instead of running this champ. I will probably join them next year, or join a Norwegian club :d

btw, I'm very impressed of Ida that won my class by over 5 minutes :O she will be soooo hard to beat this year, it will be a good challenge to work at!!! Today I never get the chance to take her back cause she had an other butterfly than me at the start and was gone very fast. She get alone already after the first butterfly, stupid that any one didn't took the chance to go on her back :s
btw2, I was with all swedish runners in to the last controls (places 1-4 were all foreign), was almost in the head to the last control, it was just that it was the wrong last control :S So there I loose 7 places. Stupid. But on the same time what ever, places 5 and up are all the same.

warm up together with Christer Nilsson. Run part of the race-track (the start and end)

shoes: asics GT-2130

Alboga varvet, Cross country race, 5km. It use to be at tracks in the forest but because it still was much snow there we run on roads in Sörping. The first part was much downhill and flat, and in the last part it was some hills. The hills was not so steep, but long. The course in the forest should definitely fit me better, but this gives me better training. I need to practise running fast on flat and downhill. courses with uphill and heavy tracks I'm already pro at. I'm quite satisfied with my race, today this was my best. I had a stomach ache before and after the race (during the race I didn't have time to think about it :P ). It's not a good idea baking bread before racing;) I think I can improve my time a lot!! It will be four more race, and I think that at least the next one will be on the roads. then it's maybe time for the forest. Best girl was linnea gustafsson (17.08min - crazy time). And the best boy, olle kalered run on 15.05 min!! Hope I can reach low 19min or 18.5min! If I have a good day it will be possible. the thing is just that I take this like training so the time can be higher too, depends on what my body want. I know at least what my head want :D well, funny race! and many girls :) Both stars in orienteering and running. Love this opportunitys that it gives!

did an Orienteering session very similar to the one I did at the rest day in the weekend. Today it was a course from last years Kolmårdsdubbeln. Still a bit snow in the forest, but you can absolutely come through it without problem. worked with O technical from scratch. demands heaps of concentration.

did a much better and proper warm up today. felt quite good, despite it was early in the morning ;)

much better today than the last race (not so hard to beat that race tough!!). and it's still much to work on. Run in wrong direction to the 1,2 and 9th control. and I have remember myself thousand of times before start to look at the compass!! :O a fun course, a bit long just. Run very well at the longer ones, pushed hard with the running. Lost some time in the end at the green. I probably had bad luck and get stuck in the green while some other find the good way through. was in second position at the third last control then I lost time in the green and come in 4th position, beaten by two with late start. that's life. I tried to run with good advance planning. and had a speak in my head what I should expect/look for next. Everything to make it as simple and safe as possible. If I know where I am and where I should go I can't be lost! Easy to say, hard to manage? Next time, I will do it! =)

aah, well, btw, the class get stroken cause at the second control was not on the right point. Don't know if it was right or not when I come there, think it was on the right place.
