felt some sign of a cold this morning so I better take a rest day. will be a couple of rest days this week. But that will be good. I will be ready and full of energy for some bacis training next week!

orientering race (Sprint-KM chalmers OL) 15:39 [4] 2.0 km (7:50 / km)

Sprint-champs for Chalmers O-runners. The course was just 2 km but took really long time. The first part was in a urban area (Johanneberg) and the last area in the forest area above Göta Platsen. Really fun! Did a good race :)
