Note

I could not helped me self so I read the 2010 log too. Picked up this:
1. I wrote lol in a couples of training logs ;)
2. Petter Northug was definitely my big idol, and the one that inspires me most (just ahead of Alexandra :D )
3. I lost all the joy to orienteering, but found it again :) :) :)
4. I was probably more sick than healthy
5. I compete with colds too many times
6. mixed though and tough all the time!!! (really irritating now)
7. Might have been my toughest spring ever, but are quite happy for that now indeed.
8. Logged to much baby-training
9. Ended my time as a junior as I started it, middle-freak ftw!
10. Right now I am most confused for a long time; when I suddenly will have to do strength at Mondays, and change short track intervals against longer intervals and "stegar" outdoors ;) It's a difficult puzzle...

Note

I have just read through my logs from 07/08. It was really funny, embarrassing (!) and confusing. I have come to the following:
1. I have to stop being so released. It's too embarrassing two years afterwards..!
2. It was a miracle I didn't get injured.
3. Someone must have told me something spectacular about stretching/rörelseträning.
4. I had tired legs about 2 times too often each week.
5. My English was as bad as now.
6. Martina and the word pärry was a good combination.
7. I have many rest days to catch up.
8. Doubtful if I will dare to read my logs from 09...
9. I will absolutely dare to read my logs from now!?
10. And finally, thanks for all inspiring comments!

Easy long run with Ulle; Majorna-slottskogen-botaniska-änggårdsbergen and back. Took 4 controls from the jwoc 08 race. Cold, snowy and sunny = wonderful! Days like this I am pro at enjoying all the small things in life :)

warm up 10 minutes, w.d 5 minutes. I got a bad surprise when I come home. I was looked out. so I had to wait outdoor in the cold weather for a neighbor to come home, not fun :/

intervaller intervals 27:23 intensity: (6 @1) + (36 @2) + (2:58 @3) + (5:50 @4) + (17:53 @5)

7*3min:1min on the 8km-track.

intervaller 10:16 intensity: (5 @2) + (19 @3) + (6:00 @4) + (3:52 @5)
ahr:164 max:177 shoes: asics runnershoe

this Tuesday I got remember how nice it is doing some shorter intervals after the long ones, so; 9.5*30s:30s. I met Emma A on the last interval, so that one got spoiled. Good felling on the others.

4*5 min with 1.5min rest on "grus åttan", run just under threshold value. My thighs were so heavy from yesterday, which limited me a bit. Steady pace during all intervals.

Did 20*15s:15s after the long intervals. Felt good to do some shorter intervals!
