Ski with Ingrid and Johan, Landvetter. Really good ski-tracks, was a lap on 2.5 km. Slippery skis though. +5 degrees and sun, me like! Fun training and good company :)

5*5min with 1 min rest on grus8an. Was fine to run with running-shoes today. Run just under threshold-pace. Felt better and better for each interval. Almost Holmenkollen-weather today! :p

After the 5mins: 10*15s:15s. Didn't push max, try to run with a high and proud step instead.

Really easy long run, some parts in the forest. Run a little bit faster the last 30 minutes.

Distance with Ullen on mostly small and tricky paths! Push really hard in the middle of the session. Was a bit tired in my leg, especially uphill, was okay though. good workout!
