orientering race (Sprint-SM final) 16:46 [5]
spiked:16/17c shoes: inov gula

Sprint-final, Visby, W21E., 17th place. Started among all the star-runners, which was cool. But my leg was not with me today. Really tired and had no chance in the up-hill or on the flat (or down-hill). Run past one of my controls, probably cause I was so tired.
Good exercise to run the final though! Will come more opportunities!!

Sprint qualification Swedish champs, W21A, 2nd place! Just focus on me self and my race. Much focus on the orienteering and the controls. Took the time I needed on each course. Really happy I made it to the final, was the big goal and I was actually scared if I was good enough to be top 12 in my heat, so many good runners. Was an easy course, just the end that was a bit more technical. Proud over my self and my 2nd place. Felt like a final! ;) The race gave me motivation for the sprint- future :d

w.u for the race. Felt really good! Was excited.

orientering race (natt-SM) 1:03:00 [5] 10.0 km (6:18 / km)

Swedish night-O champs, Toftaskjutfält, Gotland. Run W21E, 11th place (10 minutes after the leader, 3.5 minutes from the 3rd place). Start quite good, and run safe. Had a good plan and tactic for the race. Got a bit stressed just before the laping, did a couple of mistake on the last part of the course. Still enjoyed it though. But got a bit disappointed over that the course was so easy. Maybe saved Helena from a huge mistake on the first control after the laping ;)
