w.u felt heavy in the legs first 10 minutes, become better after 10 more minutes :) was excited and quite relaxed.

orientering (hallands 3dagars lång) 53:00 [5] 6.5 km (8:09 / km)

Hallands 3-days, last stage, chasing start, out as number 4. I was unsure of tactics for the race. Been thinking all evening before. Would I run with the others or go myself? I let it be open. But one plan I had; if I was with other runners at the end I have to be sure to be first at last control. The finish was short and downhill so after that control all will run just as fast and no places will be changes. Luckily I was wrong about that :)

was an exciting race, I caught up Emma and Elsa to the starting point, and at the first control come Fredrika also.Run all together, but at the long course before the laping people disappeared; Elsa in a green area, Fredrika I don't know and Emma was just at my back in to the control. was nice to know that me and Emma were 2a and 3a, when turning for last short lap. Then it was just to go safely, and be first at last control!! I was first at both the third and second last control, but then I made a fool of myself, knew that it was a path down to the meadow and last control, but took a sharp turn while Emma went more straight and was too many meters before me on the meadow. I ran towards the end and thought that third place was quite good, and that I would be satisfied with that. BUT then it was changed in one second, and I really wanted that second place! Or at least fight and try all the way across the finish line. Should not have gone, but it did!!! If I may say so myself, I did an awesome sprint from last control into finish and was first with narrowest of margins!! Once again it turned out; Everything is possible!! Just you believe at it, and in some case even when you do not believe at it ;) The will is strong!

w.u, much better today. 20 min jog + speed ups.

Day 2, long distance. While I entered late I started almost first today again, was not to my advantage so to say. Even had problems with finding the path to the first control :O Much undervegetation on the first part of the course. Technical I run like yesterday, physical maybe a bit tired some times, but mostly cause all stuff on the ground. Fall a couple of times. Was a quite fun course. was 5 minutes after Lina (the winner) :O I can blame some minute on my early start, but then the truth is that she is just awesome!!
Will go out almost together with 2 other runners tomorrow fighting about the 2nd place (1 place if a miracle occurs :p ). Will be nervous, but perfect training for the future. I'm excited, let's go for it!!! :D

very un-seroius warm-up. had short of time, took time to drive in the rain to the race...was really stressed, nervous and unsure on my shape at the start of the w.u, got good foccus in the end though and started to believe at my self. this kind of words was on repeat in my head; do the best you can for the moment, and that's enough! Enjoy the race.

orientering race (hallands 3dagars medel) 32:47 [4]

Hallands 3-days, stage 1. When I saw the control description and the long line with controls, I knew that this would be fun!! I was right, enjoyed it from start to finish. Was a quite okay race, some bad routes and some searching for controls, but satisfied over all. was tired though, had to fight for every step, and walked to many step uphill sometimes. Will be tough with a longer course tomorrow, but at the same time I will be better and better trained for each day.
Don't know the result for the moment, but quess I hopefully ended quite high up in the list!

quite short w.u with Malin, she had promised me 5 more minutes. anyway I got warm enough and the pulse was quite high too.

intervaller hills (hill interval väg) 35:00 [5]

2*3*3min:1min hill intervals on road, Ågelsjön. Took 3 intervals up to the top of the hill, then run down to the bottom again and run another 3. Felt okay the first 1.5-2minutes of each interval, then I reached the wall. Good mentally the last minute at least :) Run with Malin as sparring partner, thank for that, was needed!

13 min jog (took the road round) and then some speed ups in the forest.

intervaller 12:00 [4]

short intervals in a marsh; 3*8*15s:15s. Was glad that the interval was no longer than that. Cozy evening, really mountain feeling.

löpning mix warm up/down 13:00 [2]

could not resist the temptation; filled my hungry stomach with blueberries, then run the forest way back to the car.
