stage 1, first place with 9s before åsa Lindkvist! was really tired!! the grass was short today luckily!! =) easy while it was so open and it was easy to look long ahead.

O-ringen stage 4, middel. Started second first, did a good O-technical race. Just a small mistake out from one control, past a path without notice it. 16th place today, around 4 min after the winner (Josefin Engström). Okay place with that early start. Fun course! =) Best race so long this week for me. Not so much stone on the ground today, so was easier to run.

O-ringen stage 3, long. winner time 67 minutes (Tove). Missed around 2-3 minutes (on 3rd last + one more in the start), otherwise I'm just slow in this terrain compare to the best. Still beating all the runners in my age, beside lilian, to look at some thing positive. Enjoing the races and the terrain, but quite dissapointed afterwards when I see my time. Middle tomorrow!!!

stage 2, sprint in Bollnäs. Felt good first 1/3 of the course, then I got tired. was an really easy sprint.
