Begining and ending of training was easy in intensity about 3, but the middle was hard! We were 3, I , Renārs un Kristaps. After worming up Kristaps started to run faster than Renars wanted and I decited to run together with Kristaps, two thirds wasn't so hard to hold speed, but after them I started to feel very tired and stoped to shit! (because all the time I wanted to do that, but didn't want to let Kristaps away). After my pitstop Renārs caught me and last third we were running together, now I felt more tired, but I think it was because of pitstop...

Last part of training was slower, but anyway on the way home I started to feel pain in my sides.. Don't know if it was because of my early dinner or because of my not so good fisical form.

Today I runned some km to the place where local competition "Reljefs" was takeing place. Then I and Ivars were takeing off control points. It was like a map training. Very usful for comeing competition in Saturday and Sunday.

Running goes very easily! Steps are longer than usually. However, still feel a bit tired after Saturdays distance.

The begining of this race was wery hard, because oh the collective start. The leaders were running wery fast and I couldn't let them. I even didn't start to tkink until the fourth point. But then they made first mistakes and speed became slowlyer, I started to plan my own varians. There were several mistakes ofcourse, but every one had mistakes so id didn't look so terrible on the all background.
In the end I started to feel very tired. But I was shure, that nowabody can catch me, because closest runner was too slow! (as he later said, his shoe was broken) And I didn't stressed about first one, because he was more fastere than me because of regular trainings, he had during the season.
In the end I took second place and was only 1 minute and 46 seconds slower than the first one. It was very good feeling in the end because not every day I can feel like I had 16.1 km distance!

At the beginning it was hard to run, because I felt pain in my side. I am sure it was result of may eating only one hour before running! It is getting dark very early last days, so that I was a bit afraid to run longer distance!

Today was individual training.
