Begining and ending of training was easy in intensity about 3, but the middle was hard! We were 3, I , Renārs un Kristaps. After worming up Kristaps started to run faster than Renars wanted and I decited to run together with Kristaps, two thirds wasn't so hard to hold speed, but after them I started to feel very tired and stoped to shit! (because all the time I wanted to do that, but didn't want to let Kristaps away). After my pitstop Renārs caught me and last third we were running together, now I felt more tired, but I think it was because of pitstop...
Last part of training was slower, but anyway on the way home I started to feel pain in my sides.. Don't know if it was because of my early dinner or because of my not so good fisical form.
