Bit off more than I could chew today....plan was 5x3/2 @ 320w and 5x1/1 @ 425w but I tried to ride the 3s on the tribars this time and it was really hard (HR into 170s on the first one) -was feeling tired beforehand so that maybe didn't help. Managed 4 of the 3s on the tribars before resorted to basebars for the last one. First 1 was awful - low cadence and dropping at the end and then stopped at 40s of the second as cadence decreasing and legs exploding.
