Silverknowes with various short, hard efforts:

Hill climb - 1.30 - 524w
2x 1/2 hill climb - 31s (712w), 30s (724w)
4x sprints on bottom loop - all 14s - 766w, 880w, 896w, 926w
1x lap - 6.06 - 305w. Pretty tired on this and hill climb was tough (1.52 - 325w)

Very pleased with the watts with max of 1037w - can I conclusively say I am no longer injured?
