5x Parkway loop with half loop recovery. Hard work and felt like hardest session for a long time. Went off a bit hard and the 'rest' on the roundaboouts wasn't ideal: 330-360w ave on the straights. 255w NP.

4x Marine Drive & Parkway on a damp and misty morning. Took a longer recovery round the loop at the bottom ~4mins. Aiming for > 300w and pleased with the consistency althoug found it easier to be consistent on the flat than the climb with the changing grades. 238w NP.
