Checking out some more local hills: Sheriffmuir x2 with loop up to Braco in between. Generaly riding fairly hard overall, especially with headwind to Dunblane. 255w NP.

Afternoon amble - Mine and Hermitage Woods. Tired legs on the hills.
3x10/3 @ 280w with first and last minute of each @ 300w. Really hard: first two on tribars but only managed 90s of third before using basebars - just seemed too hard although perhaps more mental (and the time remaining) than physical.

Exploring more paths with Arthur - up the river as far as Kippenross: a lot of low branches to contend with so not ideal with a backpack! Back over Gallow Hill.
3x10/3 as 30s @ 320w + 30s easy. Thought this would be harder than it was so ramped things up in the 3rd set 5% and then 10% higher. More power next time or 40s/20s?? 137a, 146m 141a, 150m 148a, 161m
