2x15/5 as 3x(1@270, 3@285,1@300). A strange one tonight - found it tough going physically (although HR didn’t get that high) and mentally (tried to address that with the power changes). Made it to 5m30s of the second on the tribars but then managed to complete on basebars (almost just stopped) and not sure if that was a physical or mental thing. These long reps at FTPish efforts always seem to stretch out horribly.
