Lovely sunny ride: Braco, Comrie, Crieff, Gleneagles & Dollar. Ended up riding pretty hard - enjoyed Braco to Comrie, headwind through Gleneagles not welcome and then began to suffer a bit after Dollar but still riding strongly.

Stirling Bike Club 10TT - to the Kippen roundabout and back. Moderate headwind on the way out. Didn't quite hit the power numbers I'd been hoping for (300w +) but haven't exactly been training well the last few weeks.

294w @ 91c (from a couple of segments: 298w on the way out and 294w back so pretty well paced effort wise but did feel a bit up and down, especially on the way back back).
