Loop round Dunblane tracks then over the hill track to Menstrie (some very rough bits - wish I had my mountain bike at times) then back over to Cocksburn via the side of Dumyat and down Mine Woods. Tough work on the climbs and a little beaten up going down the Menstrie hairpins but probably a gravel bike route overall.
