Note

A morning of painting then an afternoon of Giro, planning and feeling a little under the weather again meant no exercising.

Dollar Hill Race and Ben Cleugh. Not feeling great in the legs but moving well. Left calf really not great going up the steep bits of Saddle Hill, like it was feeling weak and almost that I couldn't keep my foot straight but had to roll outwards rather than over my big toe. Could feel it the rest of the way round but nothing too bad and ok afterwards.
