CD, L, GoF, coast to K, G, CD, HoU and D.

Feeling tired before heading out but set off a decent pace and worked hard over the hill to GoF. Was going to cruise after that but decided to try for 30kph average for 100km. Still on track at K, a few mins down by CD but got it back by D with a pleasing tick over to 90km and 3 hrs at exactly the same time :-)

And pop goes my right calf - why do I bother?

2x4/1 then got about a minute into the third. All good one stride but not the next and no sign of any impended trouble. So frustrating after feeling a lot more positive after my last run.
