Dumyat from top car park. Such a nice day, a second walk was required. The main Dumyat track was mobbed, but the ridge was blissfully quiet. Back OK (walked with poles). Strolled around the reservoir to earn my beer.

Morning Walk - my regular pre-breakfast back mobilisation, just with my watch on for once. I've been walking every morning since we got back, as it really seemed to help when we were on hols in Spain. If only I had a spa nearby, as well!
