Saturday morning exercise slot - really not feeling up to it, but I dragged myself out and just tried to keep effort below the cough-triggering level. No power in the legs anyhoo. Winter has arrived, lots of mud over the back roads, thankfully the Go has a nice big splatter tray!!! TRIMP 111.5.

After the morning storm, a lovely afternoon. Despite definitely coming down the cold, I couldn't resist going out - after all, a bit of moderate exercise can't hurt? Labouring, elevated HR and legs moving through treacle, but glad I got out. Great sunset whilst up on the muir. Chilly. TRIMP 139.8.
