Well, what a rubbish week of exercise that was. Cooped up in a course in Glasgow all week, then hopping straight into a car to Telford on Friday late afternoon - totally crippled with LBP by Friday evening. Back on the train today, rattling with co-codamol and ibuprofen, what I really need is some exercise to mobilise it all, but nothing too energetic until everything's moving freely again - so, easy out and back to Braco it was. Hope it helps.
