Not a day to be out and about on two wheels! Ground out a good session on the Elliptigo on the turbo. Warm up hill, then 1/2/2/3/2/2/1(1) pyramid, 6 mins 2/2/2 ascending gradient with a 1 minute flat out chaser. TRIMP 86.3.
Livi gym has been refitted, and has some new machines, including two stair climbers. Whacked one up to full welly and gave it a bash. After half-way sensibly reduced it to level 20! Good leg workout. TRIMP 28.
