The joys of being a single parent: easy (quiet) spinning on the turbo whilst watching a movie in the living room after the kids have gone to bed. It being a Monday night I managed to find a film to watch that was even sketchier than something from GG's Coustick Cinemas hit list: "Only God Forgives". Enough to make you turn vegetarian, yeuch. Steady with a few short hill efforts; twice around the hilly loop. This morning routine - short Zwift followed by ice, ultrasound etc all seems OK for my knee; progress. And I get to eat a bigger breakfast. TRIMP 70.4.

Zwift - London. Knee still puffy, and the lump behind the knee is back. Should probably have had another rest day but...
