Easy trail run from Ashfield around the Laighills, with FVO, pre-AGM. Knees and back in supports; so I tweaked my L ankle instead! The real pain was Louise's twisting my arm to take over as club secretary, though ;-). TRIMP 64.3.

Note

Not logging any time, but I was on my feet for 26000 steps, putting out and collecting in controls, and some of it was at jogging pace... R kneecap was popping away towards the end of it, so, most likely a bursa? Dunno. The pain when moving the knee through the 50-60 degree mark has gone, though.
