Hello training log, it has been a while. A week of easy walking and many visits to the spa has certainly helped, although running or, indeed, any sort of strenuous exercise is still a long way off. After my morning walk and application of heat / tennis ball, I felt up to risking a very short cycle. So this was the easiest of easy trundles on the mostly softly sprung of my bikes (the MTB), with big soft tyres, out to Kinbuck and back. It was OK, but my left foot started tingling five minutes before home.
Small steps. One small positive from all of this back-related time off is that my left knee is much happier after all that rest!
