It rained! Quite pleasant, although my hands were too numb to untie my shoelaces by the time I got home. Back still pretty niggly after today's walk, unfortunately - maybe a bit too much standing around yesterday - first "proper" tablet of the week required.

Morning Walk

Twingey glutes. OK after 2km. A great way to start the day, but this route (to the Keir roundabout, at least) is already too busy by 0630. I was glad to escape back into the woods.

Morning perambulation. Overdid it yesterday - not through walking, but some attempted gardening in the evening, idiot! - so I had a restless night and was pretty stiff and sore for the first couple of km. Felt better after the walk and a hot bath. At 8am. That's a first.
