One of those walks when it was a toss-up between sun cream and a coat. Got lucky (and scorchio'd). A bit stuck at the moment, with my knee; running's out, and cycling seems to aggravate it, too. I'd hoped that walking was OK but it wasn't too happy with that, either. Hmph. More Voltarol, please, landlord.

Short one - both both because I had to go watch Eilidh's "Show in a Week" at the MacBob, and because my L knee is still swollen and problematic. Trap pain gone, though; bonus.
Walking wounded at the MacBob - John C with a pulled knee ligament , HP on crutches with a new hip, and no-show from Nik and his broken ankle!

After dinner bimble. The simple delights of cycling gently along on a pleasant evening. On slightly marred by a pulled trapezoid and dodgy knee. That's probably about as good as it gets for me, of course.
