Confined to the gym today for my exercise as the dust storm outside defeated my original plans to go for a long MTB ride. Most external fitness classes also cancelled; everything covered in a thick layer of red sand!. 1hr elliptical, 15 mins Vario.
MTB Explore with Jase and Will, following Jase's nose around some fun trails with the occasional dead end. Great fun, really enjoyed this. No back issues.
Windy road bike. Solo, route as per yesterday but quite a bit windier. High speed on the outward leg but pretty purgatorial on the return. Back killing me by the end.
