Good session, but I had to dial back the final two ramps a little to keep the pressure off my knee. Might lower my FTP a wee bit for a while just to be sensible (TBH I'm off my peak on that atm anyway).

Gran Fondo - Low-Cadence Intervals
...except I didn't want to risk the very low 55rpm cadence because of the torque through my knee, so kept those intervals at 70rpm. I also dropped the overall target effort level by 5% for the second set of reps. Pretty positive, though - I wouldn't have been able to do this two days ago.
