Lovely trundle around Plean on a great Blue course planned by Ross & Fi. First time I've actually felt like I've been orienteering in months. Great variety, some gorgeous wee bits of terrain, and only brambly in bits.

Left knee was stiff and unstable to start, but was up to a slow/steady jog with only occasional grumbling on the hills. That's about as good as I'll get.
