Definitely not 100%, clearly still assimilating jab #2. HR way too high, and I struggled to maintain a steady pace; I decided at just the 20 minute mark that it would be better to cool down and wait another day before trying for a proper session.

Post-vaccination spin
The plan was for a short easy spin. I ended up pushing up the hills, of course, but felt myself fading so stuck to the time brief, at least. Hopefully the second jab will be easier going than the first and I'll not feel like poop tomorrow!
