Walk-O around Jamie's qualifier race at the British Sprints in Leeds. Not entered, but I thought that I might as well use his map to stave off the boredom so wandered around in civvies and without a dibber, although I made sure to say "beep" at every control. Generally trying not to be a mobile roadblock for the actual athletes. Beat the optimum route by 95m although 50m of that came from skipping the run in!

Making the most of the evening sunshine. Had to stop for a bee in ma bonnet at Braco, or a sub 1:20 would have been on the cards, despite the headwind on the outward leg. Of course that meant a nice tailwind back over the Muir!
