Same again. Noticeably more flexibility in the knee today but I stuck to the upper body stuff, I'm in no hurry.

And that's me done already. Some bits of bone to clear out, and a raw bit of bone surface, so it definitely needed done. For the unprotected bone section the surgeon drilled a few micro holes to create some scar tissue for the knee to 'run on', so recovery will take a little longer, but I'm confident that it'll be worth it. Onwards! Time to order those dancing shoes.

Two days to go, being sensible and trying not to niggle the knee.
