I'm taking the "ill" flag off as things have greatly settled down, although not 100%. I still have no diagnosis to suggest why I've had 3+ weeks of pretty debilitating problems.

In Sainsbury's car park at 7:30am to meet the flatbed tow truck again, having been kept awake by Superbowl Jamie until 3:20am. Finally deposited car at Hyundai by about 10am.
