Gentle pootle to Doune with Beccy and E on her new bike, then I headed on for a bit of a longer route home. Nice gravel to Blairdummond, scoot along Chalmerston road, then I made the mistake of being tempted by the footbridge across the Forth next to the new Pru building. Missed both potentially better routes across the knee high grassy field and ended up in bits where I needed a periscope to see where I was going. Dug a ton of grass out of my jockey wheels when I made it to the Far Side. Think I'll give that route a miss next time!

Lovely spin in the late afternoon light. Felt like it was into the wind all the way apart from coming back from Braco! Knee sore and swelling up afterwards - surprise - but I guess that that's why they invented Voltarol.
