Knee said n-O.
Entered Short Green at the Callendar Park WEE since I was taking E there. Right from the off it was clear that my L knee was not happy, I could barely bend my leg. After stumping increasingly painfully through the woods the heavens opened, which I took as a sign, so I stood under a tree for 10 minutes before deciding that I'd better limp back to the finish lest I face the wrath of a cold and wet Eilidh. As it happened I just beat her back, just as the deluge ceased and the sun came out.
I really hate Callendar Park.

Legs and knees really needing a recovery spin; even just the 45 minutes running yesterday is enough to give me aching thighs these days! The good news is that my knees aren't too bad, R knee a bit swollen but L pretty much not.
