Run (off-road) race 1:06:00 [4]
shoes: Inov8 Xtalon 200, sz 11, y/r
Taynuilt Games hill race. A few miles of easyish running out to Inverawe, up the forest track then a brutal, shortish climb up a bump, then back again. Haven't raced for quite some time, so it didn't feel easy. Happy enough though. Struggled on the run back which should have been the easy bit!
