16c shoes: Icebug Zeal OLX, size 11
Scottish 6-days, Day 2 at Edinchip. Easier and better running than yesterday, though not straightforward by any means. Enjoyed it. Had a pretty error-free run though still quite a bit off the pace. Frustratingly, tweaked the other ankle quite badly mid-way around.
