Lots of balance and stretching today after 2 days of solid work on the bike. At least I was riding my bike outside, unlike the lady who spent the whole time I was at the gym on the exercise bike.....

Another day and another day of fighting the easterly winds. Meet Robyn Rennie at Mt Henry and did the Shelly Loop before Robyn feed us Nanaimo Bars so we had enough energy to fight the wind back up the freeway (it had swung North East but at least Matilda Bay was still OK for the wind to push us home).
