Legs still seemed to work after Wednesday. Managed a slightly shorter. lighter sessions with more upper body stuff. Concentrated hard on breathing, posture and keeping shoulders down.

To Toast to meet the real riders for coffee. Mostly missed the showers but it was still pretty humid. Some muscles still achy after Wednesday, especially up Steve's Hill.
Should have done this yesterday and then ridden further today. Oh well, takes a bit to get a new order sorted out when you mix things up.

A supervised class session (just 2 of the possible 4 people) and it was hard work. All new to me exercises. Good to mix it up but sore now.
Booked for another session next week.

Richard was going to the physio so I tagged along and went for a swim. Lovely out in the back 10 lane, not very busy at all so Tuesday might be a better day to schedule this.

Bit of faffing around to get the new googles settled but once adjusted they were very comfortable. Felt lots better in the water than last time and just a really nice day.
