A gentle session with lots of stretching and practicing new exercises. Took it easy on the left calf which is still sore from Wednesday.

To Gwelup to keep Richard company while checking the map for the Metro series in January. Reinforced I dislike the northern bike path which is not much better than a goat track and the constant traffic lights that blight Perth.

Calves sore from Wednesday.

Coffee at Piccolo West Leederville which was nice but not cheap and pretty slow. However has a nice garden to sit in.

Class with Kellie. Quite enjoying this session as it provides some variety and makes me work hard. Just two people again so lots of personal supervision.

Sweet spot time-wise of not too busy and a good day fro swimming, although a bit cool with the wind when I jumped out. Feeling a bit slow at the start but soon got into a rhythm and cruised along.
